CSE: 2015-0405-Consolidation-Asean Energy Corp. (ASA)
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/14/15 -- Asean Energy Corp. has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post consolidation share for each ten (10) pre consolidation common shares. No fractional common shares will be issued pursuant to the consolidation, and any fractional common shares that would otherwise be issued will be rounded down or up to the nearest whole number.
As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 9,039,105.
The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number tomorrow, April 15, 2015.
The name and symbol will not change.
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, April 14, 2015. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
