In their new roles, Mr. Julian and Mr. van Gastel will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to Nelipak''s customers, which include some of the largest and most reputable medical device and pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Mr. Julian brings more than 20 years of experience to Nelipak Healthcare Packaging. He possesses a wide array of knowledge and experience in medical device sales and marketing, ranging from disposable commodity products to highly technical capital equipment, custom sterile procedure trays and vascular devices. Prior to joining Nelipak, he served as the leader of the U.S. Alternate Care, EMS, Military and First Responder Division for Ansell. Previous experience includes high-profile sales leadership positions with the Microflex division of Barriersafe Solutions International (BSSI), C.R. Bard, Venetec International and Maxxim Medical. Mr. Julian began his career in medical device sales with Winfield Medical.
Nelipak Healthcare Packaging has also promoted Frits van Gastel to the role of Global Director of Quality. He successfully served as the organization''s quality manager at the Venray, Netherlands site for more than 25 years, and gained a wealth of experience including management, quality systems, quality auditing, process and design validation, accreditation to standards, project management, quality and process improvement, change management, complaint management and supplier management. Prior to Nelipak, Mr. van Gastel served in several quality management roles within Buvo Casting.
