Celeste Announces Cease Trade Order Issued by the Alberta Securities Commission
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/13/15 -- Celeste Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE: C) ("Celeste" or the "Company") announces that a cease trade order (the "Cease Trade Order") was issued on April 2, 2015 by the Alberta Securities Commission due to the Company failing to file comparative financial statements, management''s discussion and analysis and annual certificates for its financial year ended November 30, 2014, as required under Part 5 of National Instrument 51-102 (the "Required Filings"). Under the terms of the Cease Trade Order, all trading in the Company''s securities has ceased and the shares of the Company have been halted by the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company anticipates that the British Columbia Securities Commission will also issue a cease trade order in the event the required documents are not first filed on SEDAR.
The Company''s board of directors and its management confirm that they are working expeditiously with the Company''s auditors to meet the obligations relating to the filing of the Required Filings as soon as possible.
The Company will make an application for a lift of the Cease Trade Orders immediately after filing the Required Filings.
The Company also confirms that there are no insolvency proceedings against it as of the date of this news release and further that there is no other material information concerning the affairs of the Company that has not been generally disclosed as of the date of this news release.
