International Food Safety Community to Convene at the 17th Annual Food Safety Summit Conference and Expo
(firmenpresse) - BALTIMORE, MD -- (Marketwired) -- 04/13/15 -- Thousands of food safety professionals are expected to convene in Baltimore, MD for the 17th Annual Food Safety Summit, taking place April 28-30 at the Baltimore Convention Center. The Summit will provide timely and relevant educational sessions, influential networking receptions as well as exclusive insights from Chinese representatives and the European Commission who will be discussing food fraud.
"The Summit is researched, developed and presented by the leaders of the food safety industry. - How the industry and regulatory agencies will implement the new rules and mandates of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) will be the focus of five sessions at the Summit.
- The closing session will offer four dynamic speakers who will address the most pressing issues and topics facing the industry, such as future of food safety leadership, local sourcing and the aftermath of the PCA verdict.
- The Summit has partnered with Feeding America, the nation''s leading domestic hunger-relief organization, to aid in the fight to end hunger. All Summit participants are invited show their industry support and help provide relief for the 49 million Americans who struggle with hunger.
