(firmenpresse) - (arvato Systems) Gütersloh, Germany / (Virtusales) Brighton, UK – arvato Systems will market the publishing solution Biblio3 as an exclusive marketing and implementation partner of Virtusales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, France and Italy. The next generation IT systems integrator from Gütersloh in Germany will provide for the adaptation of the software to handle local legal and tax regulations. Moreover, arvato Systems will take care of the translation of the software into the respective local languages. Biblio3 is available as a cloud solution with full functionality of an inhouse system; but publishing companies can also install the application in their own datacenter. With this cooperation arvato Systems supports the digital transformation for publishers.
Biblio3 is an industry solution based on Microsoft.NET and Microsoft SQL Server. Using this solution, the core processes and workflows of the publishing business can be modeled: editorial, rights management, author''s and license agreements, title management and product marketing, publicity, production, enterprise digital asset management and in particular royalty management which is key to maintaining author relationships. Biblio3 is beneficial in times of increasing product proliferation and the growing number of digital marketing variants, the Biblio3 publishing software provides for security and transparency.
The industry solution has a modular architecture and can thus be set up according to individual requirements. User experience and the administration of the system are simple and intuitive; the range of functionality is comprehensive. Business intelligence and flexible reporting are part of the package as well as transparency in inventory management. The application can be used via different devices such as laptop computers, tablets or smartphones.
