William (Bill) Wheeler Acquires Securities of Bengal Energy Ltd.
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/10/15 -- William (Bill) Wheeler ("Mr. Wheeler"), directly and indirectly, has acquired ownership or control of 57,000 common shares of Bengal Energy Ltd. ("Bengal"), representing approximately 0.08% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Bengal, through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange in reliance on the normal course purchase exemption set out in Section 4.1 of Multilateral Instrument 62-104 - Take-Over Bids and Issuer Bids.
As a result, Mr. Wheeler now owns, directly or indirectly, or exercises control or direction over, 13,690,241 common shares of Bengal, representing approximately 20.08% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Bengal.
Mr. Wheeler''s acquisition was made for investment purposes. Mr. Wheeler may, in the future, acquire ownership or control over additional securities of Bengal for investment purposes.
