Grand Power Announces a Proposed Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - HONG KONG, CHINA and CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/10/15 -- Grand Power Logistics Group Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: GPW) announces that it proposes to offer by way of a non-brokered private placement up to 7,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $350,000. Each Unit is to consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"), with each Warrant entitling the holder to acquire, for a period of one year from the date of issue, one common share at an exercise price of $0.12 per common share.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used by the Corporation for general working capital.
The offering is subject to all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals.
