Minaurum Receives Drill Permits at Vuelcos del Destino Project in Guerrero Gold Belt

A 10,000 meter drill program will test a primary central target and four peripheral targets. The drill plan was designed by Minaurum''s Senior Geologist & Director David M. Jones (credited with the discovery of the Los Filos deposit) and Stephen Maynard, Minaurum''s VP Exploration and is expected to commence in June.
Vuelcos del Destino ("Vuelcos") represents the last large undrilled intrusive complex in the GGB. Intrusive rocks at Vuelcos consist of biotite and quartz-rich granodiorite porphyries, the same rocks that are associated with gold mineralization at Goldcorp''s Los Filos project and Torex Gold''s Morelos project. At Vuelcos these intrusions are found in a large central complex, 4 x 3 kms in size, and four peripheral areas that will be tested during a first round of drilling. The prospective area is similar in size to the original Teck-Minera Nukay joint venture which yielded the nearby Los Filos deposit. Drill testing will focus on the margins of the stock where strong calcite stockwork veining, iron oxides, and clay alteration are extensively distributed at the surface
