The Board of Directors would like to express MBMI''s appreciation for his contribution to the affairs of MBMI during his tenure as a Director of MBMI. The Board of Directors is considering whether to fill the resulting vacancy on the Board, and until the Board reaches a decision and identifies and recruits a candidate for that position, the Board of MBMI will be comprised of Christopher Aiello, Joseph Chan and Kelly Tong.
