Iberian Minerals Announces Shares for Debt Transaction
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/06/15 -- Iberian Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: IML) (OTCQB: SLDRF) (the "Company") today announced that it has agreed to issue an aggregate of 859,090 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.055 to settle outstanding debt of $47,250.00. The issuance of the shares is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities laws.
