Speakers will share their best practices in Customer Support, Client Engagement, Social Media Management and Analytics, as well as their success and failure stories at implementing new communication strategies through social channels:
Deniz Celik, Senior Manager Content Marketing at Hartmann, lead manufacturers of surgical and hygienic disposable products, will discuss why being present in social media is not enough; establishing a conversation with customers is crucial to create a relationship with clients. After all, that is the point of going social.
Samanta Morgenstern, Customer Service and Social Media Team Lead at Happy Socks, will deal with the importance of customer expectations put on social media. Also, she will talk about the benefits and challenges she has faced while managing a combined social and support team.
