Cranberry Capital Acquires Equity Stake in Evrim Resources Corp.
(firmenpresse) - NEWMARKET, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/06/15 -- Mr. Paul van Eeden, President of Cranberry Capital Inc. ("Cranberry"), announced that Cranberry acquired beneficial ownership of 4,000,000 common shares of Evrim Resources Corp. ("Evrim"), a mineral exploration company based in Vancouver.
The securities were acquired on April 2, 2015 through a non-brokered private placement of common shares of Evrim at a price of $0.15 per share.
As a result of the transaction, Cranberry owns 4,000,000 common shares, or approximately 10.59% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Evrim (on a non-fully diluted basis).
Cranberry has acquired the common shares of Evrim for investment purposes. Cranberry''s equity stake in Evrim may be increased or decreased in the future as considered appropriate in light of investment criteria, market conditions and other factors and in accordance with the provisions of applicable securities legislation.
Evrim is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "EVM".
