The building has earned the FM Global "Highly Protected Risk" Classification.
3000 Skyline Drive is a state-of-the-art Tier IV powered shell for data center operations supported by on-site property management and engineering. The building is readily divisible and offers approximately 60,000 sq. ft. of office space. Key features include 6" slab on grade floor; fail-proof steel-frame structure; 28'' minimum ceiling height; 40'' x 40'' column spacing providing efficient rack/row layout; fully adhered FM I-135 rated two-ply roof; an on-site dual-fed transmission voltage substation at 138,000 V.
