Don Dalessandro Joins Trinity Pension as Director, Operations and Strategic Development
(firmenpresse) - CLEVELAND, OH -- (Marketwired) -- 03/26/15 -- Trinity Pension Consultants recently announced Don Dalessandro as the new Director, Operations and Strategic Development. Dalessandro was hired on January 12, 2015.
Dalessandro''s main responsibilities will include managing the operations team, which includes administration, conversion and working with the document and distribution teams. In terms of strategic development, he said he plans to help the teams plan for greater growth.
"My main goal is to help Trinity establish seven regional offices," Dalessandro said. "I hope to help Trinity Pension Consultants grow and become the best third-party administrator in Ohio at winning and keeping clients."
Dalessandro has worked in the industry for over 25 years. He has worked for the Tegrit Group, Standard Insurance Co. and for his own agency, Virtus Fiduciary Consultants. He belongs to the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and has received both his Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designations. He graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics. He currently coaches baseball and lives in Strongsville with his wife and two sons.
