BIOX Announces Election of Directors
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/25/15 -- BIOX Corporation (BIOX) (TSX: BX) held its annual meeting of shareholders Tuesday, March 24, 2015. All of the nominees proposed as directors in BIOX''s Management Information Circular, dated February 24, 2015, were elected. The shares were voted as follows:
(1) Rounded to two decimal places.
Subsequent to the annual meeting of shareholders, the newly-elected board of directors of BIOX (the Board) appointed Kevin P. Golding as Chairman of the Board. Additionally, the Board appointed Stanley Spavold (Chair), Kevin P. Golding and William Lambert as members of the Audit Committee and appointed Edwin Nordholm (Chair), Kevin P. Golding and T. Robert Beamish as members of the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee.
