("Ventripoint") (TSX VENTURE: VPT) announces that Mr. Brad Harlow has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company to focus on his duties as CEO of Cardiac Insight Inc. He is also continuing as President & CEO of PhysioSonics Inc. These companies, plus his work with CBC Partners LLC, a lending company, are eclipsing the time needed as a Director at Ventripoint. The Company wishes him success in the future and thanks him for his over 4 years of excellent service and dedication to governance of the Company.
