The Glendale party wouldn''t wait till afternoon, starting at noon and not stopping until all the beer and snacks were consumed. On the menu was Macaroni and Cheese, Ginger Sesame Cole Slaw, Sriracha Caesar Salad, and Baby Arugula Salad and four types of sandwiches. The sandwiches were: Cuban, Chipotle Chicken Swiss, Italian Deli, and Avocado Toast. Adhering to a policy of zero-waste, Marbled LA ensures every part of their catering is composted or recycled. Additionally, Marbled LA locally sources dairy, meats, seasonal vegetables, and freshly baked goods. And on the rare occasion that food cannot be locally sourced, they select organic whenever possible. Additionally, Marbled LA also offers bar service for catering.
