Slow & Low Bar-B-Que Opens Second Location, Planning Grand Opening Event
(firmenpresse) - VIERA, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 03/24/15 -- The Viera Company announces the opening of Viera''s newest business, Slow & Low Bar-B-Que. This is the second location in Brevard County for Slow & Low, the first location has been in Cocoa Beach since 2004. Situated at the intersection of Stadium Parkway and Viera Boulevard, not far from Space Coast Stadium, Slow & Low welcomed its first customers in Viera on January 23 with a soft opening and is planning a grand opening event slated for April 11.

"We''re a great restaurant for families, and with so many nearby neighborhoods in Viera, we hope to become an area-favorite while getting to know families and guests on a more personal level."
Viera''s newest restaurant is a casual sit-down eatery and bar, specializing in slow-cooked barbecue. The menu features a zesty Southwest Burger layered with pepperjack cheese, fried jalapenos, and a spicy tiger sauce, a Pulled Pork platter and signature Baby Back Ribs, lathered in a secret sauce. Slow & Low also has happy hour and early bird specials, take-out options, and catering services.
As a new addition to the community, Slow & Low is sponsoring a Viera little league team, working with the Brevard County Schools and helping with local fundraisers. Slow & Low will also be a food provider at the 21st Annual Great American Celebration in Viera, serving pulled pork, chicken, coleslaw and corn on the cob.
