Drew Fassett Named Chief Revenue Officer to Drive BYTEGRID's Services Expansion and Revenue Growth
(firmenpresse) - SILVER SPRING, MD -- (Marketwired) -- 03/24/15 -- , a provider of multi-tenant data centers and IT infrastructure services, today announced a strategic addition to the management team with the appointment of Drew Fassett as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Reporting to Ken Parent, GRID''s CEO, Fassett will oversee the optimization of revenue generation from GRID''s nine data centers. Fassett will also help drive GRID''s increasing emphasis on managed services expansion (including the recent acquisition of Sidus BioData, a leading provider of compliant hosting and hybrid cloud solutions) and the need to properly integrate and align all revenue-related functions, including sales, marketing, support, pricing, and revenue management.

Previously, Fassett was Senior Vice President of Sales for Peak 10 responsible for sales, operations and the financial management of the company''s 10 markets. Fassett was with Peak 10 for seven years and was instrumental in driving significant organic growth by opening 5 new data centers in existing markets (Nashville, Cincinnati and Atlanta) as well as 400% revenue growth in cloud and managed services. Prior to Peak 10, Fassett served as the Brand Segment Executive at IBM focused on strategic outsourcing and managed services for the Small and Medium Business (SMB) marketplace across North America. He has 20 years of sales, services and executive management experience in the IT industry.
Fassett received his B.A. from Davidson College.
