Webtech Wireless-Patent Infringement Claim

("Webtech Wireless" or the "Company") (TSX: WEW), a leading provider of GPS fleet management solutions, has learned of a lawsuit filed on March 20, 2015 by Rothschild Location Technologies LLC in the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Texas, for alleged patent infringement. The complaint has not yet been served on the Company.
The lawsuit pertains to infringement on systems for remotely entering and sharing location information, such as those provided by Webtech Wireless'' Quadrant Manager Mobile. The Company is currently reviewing the lawsuit and intends to vigorously defend itself against the claims contained therein. The Company will provide further details of the lawsuit as they arise.
