(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/19/15 -- (TSX: OSP) (TSX: OSP.PR.A) - Brompton Oil Split Corp. is pleased to announce a class A share distribution in the amount of $0.11786 per class A share (OSP) to be paid on April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2015.
Brompton Oil Split Corp. also announces a distribution in the amount of $0.05 per preferred share (OSP.PR.A) payable on April 15, 2015 to holders of record at the close of business of March 31, 2015.
The distributions cover the period from the closing of the transaction on February 24, 2015 to March 31, 2015.
