Land Securities Group Employee Benefit Trust
The Company was informed that ACS HR Solutions Share Plan Services (Guernsey) Limited as Trustee of the Land Securities Group Employee Benefit Trust (the ''Trust'') purchased on 17 March 2015, 500,000 (five hundred thousand) ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at an average price of 1229.37 pence per share.
The executive directors of the Company, namely Robert Noel and Martin Greenslade and PDMRs namely Colette O''Shea and Scott Parsons are amongst potential beneficiaries of the Trust.
Following the above transaction, the Trust holds 1,038,239 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.13% of the Company''s issued ordinary shares with voting rights.
