Consumers can rest assured knowing that Niman Ranch ham is produced from hogs raised by a community of small, independent family hog farmers who adhere to some of the strictest animal welfare protocols in the industry, including:

No gestation or farrowing crates
Raised on pasture or deeply bedded pens
Spend their entire lives with their litter mates and natural social groups
Never fed animal by-products

Applewood Smoked Uncured Ham: slow smoked over real applewood and seasoned with the right touch of salt and sugar to enhance the mild and slightly sweet smoke of the wood.
Smoked Uncured Honey Ham: the perfect balance between sweet and smoky flavors. Honey adds a touch of sweetness to the ham which is slow smoked over real applewood.
Smoked Uncured Black Forest Ham: seasoned with sugar and spices then slow smoked over real hardwood for a light smoke flavor and a signature dark exterior.
