(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/06/15 -- Bravura Ventures Corp. has announced further to its news releases dates October 20, 2014 and February 6, 2015, it intends to proceed with a plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement").
Shareholder and final court approval for the Arrangement was obtained on November 14, 2014 and December 10, 2015, respectively, and the record date and effective date of the Arrangement will be March 11, 2015. Please refer to the Company''s Information Circular dated October 16, 2014 (the "Circular"), for additional information concerning the Arrangement.
The shares will begin trading Ex-Distribution with a new CUSIP number March 9, 2015. The name and symbol will not change.
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, March 6, 2015. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
