Urbanfund Corp. Announces Passing of N. Barry Lyon
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/03/15 -- Mitchell Cohen, President and Chief Executive Officer of Urbanfund Corp. (TSX VENTURE: UFC) ("Urbanfund" or, the "Company"), is saddened to report that N. Barry Lyon, a director of the Company, has passed away. Mr. Lyon was a director of the Company since April 8, 1997. Mr. Lyon will be deeply missed by the Company, his colleagues and associates. Our hearts go out to his family, relative and friends.
The Company expects to have a replacement nominee to fill Mr. Lyon''s position at the Company''s next annual meeting of shareholders.
