Enghouse Systems Acquires CDRator A/S
Acquisition Expands Enghouse's Mobile Telephony Billing Solutions
(firmenpresse) - MARKHAM, ONTARIO and BALLERUP, DENMARK -- (Marketwired) -- 03/03/15 -- Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ESL) announced today it has acquired CDRator A/S for a purchase price of approximately $23.0 million (net of acquired cash), subject to certain price adjustments. CDRator''s annual revenue for fiscal 2014 was just over $20.0 million.
Headquartered in Denmark, CDRator provides market-leading solutions that automate billing and customer care functions for MVNO/E (mobile virtual network operators and enablers). CDRator offers an out-of-the-box self-care, post and pre-paid real time billing platform that can be rapidly deployed for enabling next generation mobile and converged virtual network operators. CDRator has approximately 130 staff primarily based in Denmark who support their customer base in Europe, North America and Africa.
