Commercial Jet Names Donald R. Kamenz as Vice President of Sales
(firmenpresse) - MIAMI, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 03/03/15 -- Commercial Jet is pleased to welcome onboard Donald Kamenz as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Kamenz comes to Commercial Jet with over 29 years of experience in global aviation. Prior to joining Commercial Jet, Donald was the Chief Commercial Officer, Co-owner and Vice President of Business Development for Myrtle Beach, South Carolina based AvCraft Technical Services. AvCraft provides maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) support for owners and operators of ATR 42/72, Bombardier Dash 8 and Dornier 328 regional aircraft. While with AvCraft, Donald successfully grew the enterprise over 30 percent -- developing two new airframe types and introducing three product offerings.
Donald was also Vice President of Marketing and Sales with Canadian based, ExelTech Aerospace which was a first tier MRO company supporting a range of aircraft from the Saab 340 to Boeing 737 aircraft for the North American and offshore markets. Additionally, Donald served as Vice President of Airline Sales and Marketing for Saab Aircraft Leasing.

Donald holds a Master of Arts in International Transactions from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace) from Concordia University. Donald will be tasked with leading all of Commercial Jet''s sales and business development efforts for the company''s Miami, FL and Dothan, AL based facilities.
Commercial Jet is an FAA and EASA approved repair station that specializes in scheduled and unscheduled heavy maintenance; line maintenance; modification services; complete airframe inspections; freighter conversions; interior modifications; avionics upgrade programs and complete aircraft painting. The company product offerings also include lease return services, and refitting passenger and cargo aircraft for return to market. With a combined of over half-a-million square feet (46,000 square meters) of multi-bay hangar facilities in Miami (MIA), Florida and Dothan (DHN), Alabama, Commercial Jet provides quality MRO services to passenger and cargo airlines, owners, lessors and military customers. Aircraft types supported include B717, B727, B737, B757, B767, DC8, DC9, DC10/MD-11, MD80/90, A320, A300 and the Bombardier CRJ family.
