This marks the third marketing award the series has received to date for its honest portrayal of insurance claims adjusters and professionals who go the extra mile to help customers restore their lives on what is often the worst day of their lives.
The AVA awards is sponsored by the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals (AMCP) and is an international competition that recognizes excellence by creative professionals responsible for the planning, concept, direction, design and production of digital communication.
"Making it Right" shines a light on the character, patience and resiliency of those claims professionals who sometimes face perilous conditions while servicing home and business policyholders. By showcasing these professionals the hope is that the videos will change prevailing attitudes and have a positive influence on how the public perceives the insurance industry as a whole.
Last year the "Making it Right" series won national recognition by the marketing community when the international MarCom Awards named Enservio as a 2014 Gold Award winner.
