Enssolutions Announces Resignation of CEO and Appointment of Interim CEO

(TSX VENTURE: ENV)(PINKSHEETS: NSLSF) ("Enssolutions" or the "Company"), a manufacturer and distributor of environmentally responsible emulsion products for a wide variety of industrial and commercial market demands, announced the resignation today of Mr. Darren Dierich as Chief Executive Officer and the appointment of Mr. James C. Griffiths as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Dierich is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer in order to focus on the United States operations of the Company''s business.
Mr. Griffiths said, "The Board and executive team thank Darren for his contributions as an executive officer of the Company over the past several years and look forward to his upcoming contributions to the Company''s U.S. operations."
Mr. Griffiths is currently a member of the Company''s Board and Audit Committee, and formerly served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company from October of 2008 until June of 2011. Mr. Griffiths has been involved with Enssolutions''s business since 2003. A chartered accountant with over 35 years of experience in the real estate development and financing industries, Mr. Griffiths is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust and serves on its Audit Committee.
