TVA Group Gets Competition Bureau Authorization to Acquire TC Transcontinental Magazines
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 03/02/15 -- TVA Group Inc. (TSX: TVA.B) is delighted to learn that the Competition Bureau has authorized the acquisition of 15 magazines, three websites and the customized publication contracts presently owned by TC Transcontinental.
No comment will be made until the transaction is finalized, which is due to occur in the next few weeks.
Until that time, employees of these magazines will remain in the employ of TC Transcontinental.
