Gildan Announces Completion of Acquisition of Comfort Colors
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 03/02/15 -- Gildan Activewear Inc. (TSX: GIL)(NYSE: GIL) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Comfort Colors, effective March 2, 2015. Gildan previously announced on February 4, 2015 that it had entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Comfort Colors.
