Infinity Advertising Solutions Gains a Wealth of Knowledge at Regional Leadership Conference
(firmenpresse) - SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (Marketwired) -- 03/02/15 -- With all the growth, new clients, campaigns and expansion, Infinity Advertising Solutions just returned from their Regional Leadership Conference with a wealth of useful tools to help aid in growing into new territories this year. Infinity Advertising Solutions is a locally owned, Salt Lake City, UT-based marketing and advertising firm that represents an array of clients ranging from home entertainment, consumer electronics and television services.
With over 6 expansions in 2014 alone, Infinity Advertising Solutions is growing more rapidly than expected. The Regional Leadership Conference was hosted in Denver, CO. "This meeting is an opportunity to take the top Supervisors from the surrounding Denver region and spend the day teaching leadership, the fundamentals of development, and the skill sets it takes to progress within our management training program," states Amol, Infinity Advertising Solutions Manager. The meeting had over 300 in attendance. Upon arrival at the hotel, the Supervisors had the opportunity to meet and network with other Supervisors and Managers throughout the Denver region.
After an initial Executive Manager Meeting, where the managers discussed the pipeline of their clientele and expansion timeline for the rest of the year, the leadership development conference began, including awards and promotions. The speakers for the conference were chosen based on overall sales volume, client relations and overall performance over the last quarter and were announced two weeks before the meeting. Amol was one of only four managers in the region that was hand selected to speak.
The top Managers in the Denver region who were picked to speak for the meeting had various topics. The topics included training, high performance leadership, growth and development, responsibilities of a Supervisor, the fast track to Executive Management and brand management. "When I attended this meeting several years ago," states Amol, "it opened my eyes to the opportunity, growth and really drove me to be more competitive and take advantage of what was presented right in front of me."
