He will be joined by the Honourable Yasir Naqvi, Ontario Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services, and the Honourable Lise Theriault, Quebec Minister of Public Safety.
Media wishing to attend must arrive no later than 8:00 am and are required to present proper identification for accreditation.
