(OTC: RSII), a holding company focused on restaurant concepts and other ventures focused in meals and entertainment, announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fresh Green Concepts, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of a federally licensed wine & spirits business in an all-cash deal.
"This business represents approximately 80 unique & nationally recognized brands at present, of which 14 are exclusive. They have over 200 active corporate accounts and are importers from all 8 major wine producing regions on the world," stated Deb McCarthy, President of Fresh Green Concepts.
