(TSX VENTURE: CKZ.H) ("Caspian") announces that effective today, it has continued from the Province of Ontario to the Province of British Columbia (the "Continuance") pursuant to a special resolution passed by Caspian shareholders at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on December 12, 2014.
