Regen BioPharma Inc. Announces Preferred Stock Dividend
(firmenpresse) - SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/24/15 -- Regen BioPharma Inc. (OTCBB: RGBP) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a stock dividend to common shareholders of record as of March 10, 2015 to be paid to shareholders on or about March 20, 2015.
Common shareholders will be entitled to receive one share of Series A Preferred Stock for every 10 shares of Regen Biopharma, Inc. common Stock owned as of the Record Date.
