(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/24/15 -- , along with co-sponsors the Amidi Group, and Plug and Play, is proud to host an LA Startup Community Event, Wednesday, February 25, from 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Dedicated to supporting LA startup entrepreneurs, the event will showcase new technology, while creating a network of investors, universities, corporate and service partners to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices.
The goal of the LA Startup Community Event is to educate, connect, and inspire entrepreneurs, investors, and other startup professionals via storytelling, sharing, and high-quality networking opportunities. The evening also presents a terrific opportunity to look for jobs through connections in the LA startup community.
Following a message from Sias Amidi Incubation Center, the evening''s agenda will include a panel discussion among founders from Startup, Amplify, MuckerLab, and Design Accelerator, and well as advice from angel investors. Eight-minute startup pitches will feature Kadho, Bouju, Caseworx, Wrent Film, and Holyvent, and will be followed by an informal networking opportunity.
In addition to the above-mentioned companies, the LA Startup Community Event is being held in support of Start Engine, Amplify, MuckerLab, the Minority Business Develop Agency of the U.S. Department of Commerce, Plus Yoou and The Design Accelerator.
