Dynamic Materials Delays Fourth Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call
(firmenpresse) - BOULDER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/24/15 -- Dynamic Materials Corporation (DMC) (NASDAQ: BOOM) today said it is delaying the release of its fourth quarter and full-year financial results, as well as the associated conference call, which were both scheduled to occur after today''s close of the U.S. stock markets. DMC management said it needs additional time to complete its year-end financial review, and will announce a new schedule for its earnings release and conference call in the coming days.
