Reflections Condominium Earns Sustainability Gold

FRAM Building Group and The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Ltd. are proud to announce that Reflections Condominium has earned a LEED-NC Gold Certification from the Canadian Green Building Council. The newly completed Reflections Condo is the first residential building completed at The Shops at Don Mills in North York, along the western portion of the successful Lifestyle Commercial Center.
LEED''s certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) exceeds the standard Ontario Building Code requirements and the City of Toronto Green Standards. It is a Certification validated by third party independent review of the building design and construction practices. Reflections Condo is one of a very select few condo developments in the GTA to receive this certification.
"This achievement is a reflection of the developers'', board of directors'' and local community''s desire for sustainable construction practices," said Fred Serrafero, vice president, development and construction, FRAM Building Group, at a recent LEED-NC Gold plaque unveiling in the Reflections Condo lobby entrance with condo board directors, design consultants, property manager and the developer in attendance.
