FTI Foodtech International Inc. Announces Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/19/15 -- FTI Foodtech International Inc. (TSX: FTI) ("FTI") announces a proposed private placement financing.
The Private Placement is a non-brokered offering of 1,500,000 units (the "Units"), at a price of $0.15 per Unit for a gross proceeds of $225,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit will consist of one common share of FTI and one common share purchase warrant, each will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.20 per common share for a period of six months following the closing date of the Offering.
FTI intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for the marketing and distribution of chlorine dioxide based products and general corporate purposes.
The completion of the Offering is subject to the approval of TSX Venture and the receipt of all other necessary regulatory approval.
The TSX Venture Exchange Inc. has neither approved nor disapproved the contents of this press release.
