GASFRAC Announces Resignation of Director
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/17/15 -- GASFRAC Energy Services Inc. (TSX: GFS) ("GASFRAC or the "Corporation") announces today that Dale Tremblay has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors effective immediately.
Leigh Cassidy, Chairman of the Board of the Corporation, commented, "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Dale for his dedication and valuable contributions to GASFRAC and we wish him the best in his future endeavors."
The remaining independent members of the board of directors of the Corporation, including Julien Balkany, Robert McBean and Leigh Cassidy will continue to oversee the previously announced SISP and CCAA proceedings currently undertaken by the Corporation.
