BlueOcean NutraSciences Inc. Announces Issuance of Shares and Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/13/15 -- BlueOcean NutraSciences Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BOC) announces that the Board of Directors has approved as of February 9, 2015, the grant of an aggregate of 1,482,344 stock options (the "Options") to eligible participants of the Company''s stock option plan (the "Plan"). The Options are exercisable into common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10, with vesting over various periods, all in accordance with the Plan.

BlueOcean is a Canadian company that develops specialty oils using innovative product platforms targeted at the rapidly growing health and Wellness and Animal Feed markets.
BlueOcean is developing specialty oil products from multiple sources.
