The Government of Canada has awarded $34,000 to Her Honour the Honourable Jocelyne Roy-Vienneau, Lieutenant-Governor of New Brunswick, for a series of activities to mark the 50th anniversary of the Canadian flag. The Honourable Keith Ashfield, Member of Parliament (Fredericton), made the announcement today on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.
