Trading in TVA Group Rights to Commence

(TVA or the Corporation) (TSX: TVA.B) announced today that rights to be issued under the Corporation''s recently announced rights offering will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) on February 13, 2015 under the symbol TVA.RT. Trading of the rights will stop at noon (EST) on March 17, 2015.
