Vecima Declares Quarterly Dividend
(firmenpresse) - VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/11/15 -- Vecima Networks Inc. (TSX: VCM), an experienced designer and manufacturer of innovative technology in the broadband equipment market, is announcing today that the Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.045 per common share, payable on March 20, 2015 to shareholders of record as at February 24, 2015. This dividend will not be designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes. Future quarterly dividends will be subject to Board approval.
