Wood Partners Ranks Fourth Among Top Commercial Development Firms in the United States
With $2 Billion Worth of Multifamily Real Estate Under Construction and 60 Assets in the Pipeline, the Firm Is Expanding Nationwide

Wood Partners, which has developed and acquired more than $4 billion worth of multifamily real estate across the country in the past four years, has been recognized as one of the nation''s top development firms every year since 2010. According to the CPE/MHN survey, multifamily development accounted for 39 percent of the 120.7 million square feet of space, which is valued at more than $25 billion. Office development ranked second with 34 percent. Trammell Crow Co., Hines and Duke Realty were the top three development firms in this year''s survey.
The survey asked developers about current and future plans, levels of investment in each proposed project, preferences in location, property types and anticipated results. The 2015 survey reports that the strongest firms have a large national presence, diversified investment sectors and aggressive plans for the future.
