Training Course Prepares Legal Professionals for Information Governance and New Data Challenges

Experienced faculty offer eDiscovery standards and best practices for government organizations, law firms and corporations.
The five-day provides participants with key skills to review a case, assess its needs, identify and reach agreement on eDiscovery issues such as volume and source of electronically stored information (ESI), data collection methods and form of production to avoid costly disputes later in the process. The course is designed for anyone with one to five years of litigation technology support experience.
