Wangton Capital Corp. Announces Closing of Non-Brokered Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/09/15 -- Wangton Capital Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: WT.H) announces further to its press release of January 6, 2015, that the Corporation has closed its non-brokered private placement of 2,000,000 Common Shares at a price of $0.075 per Common Share to raise gross proceeds of up to $150,000. In addition, 200,000 Common Shares have been issued as a finder''s fee. All Common Shares issued will be subject to a four month hold period and accordingly restricted from trading until June 7, 2015.
The net proceeds of the private placement will be used by the Corporation for general working capital.
The offering is subject to all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals.
