FCMI Parent Co. Acquires Shares of Gold Standard Ventures Corp.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/05/15 -- FCMI Parent Co. has acquired 11,700,000 common shares (the Common Shares) of Gold Standard Ventures Corp. (TSX: GSV)(NYSE MKT: GSV) at a price of US $0.47 per Common Share. The Common Shares were acquired from treasury pursuant to a final prospectus supplement dated January 28, 2015 to Gold Standard Ventures Corp.''s short form base prospectus dated June 23, 2014. FCMI Parent Co. now holds 27,685,744 Common Shares, representing 19.40% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Gold Standard Ventures Corp.
The Common Shares were acquired for investment purposes. FCMI Parent Co. intends, subject to market conditions, to make additional acquisitions or dispositions in securities of Gold Standard Ventures Corp. in the future.
