Key Pantry: Eat.Drink.Shop., an open-style marketplace café, is the newest addition to the resort and dining options. Designed with rustic beachside furnishings, yet adorned with elegant black and white tile, the space invites guests to stop by for a freshly brewed cup of Panther Coffee, a Miami-based specialty coffee roaster with a unique twist. Each cup of Panther Coffee is roasted on site, in small batches. After the selection of the coffee beans, a professional technique known as "cupping" begins, resulting in the correct caramelization of the sugars within the coffee beans and exposing the natural sweetness.
Guests can also nosh on ice cream, pastries, cupcakes, cakes and sandwiches, all house-made. A self-serve enclave presents additional snacks, a wine display with hand selected wines by the resort''s sommelier, and Artisanal cheeses. To complement the food and beverage offerings, unique selections of gifts such as cooking utensils, cookbooks, dining décor and exclusive items to the venue include Cocktail Kingdom Craft cocktail accessories, MAST Bros Chocolates and Bittermen''s Bitters. A bespoke bicycle cruiser displays with a chef- inspired picnic basket, perfect for a picturesque bike ride throughout the tropical island oasis.
A staple and one of the only venues in Miami to enjoy live Latin music, transports guests into the 1940s old Havana style bar lounge with a new transformation. Palmetto, high ceiling fans, rich, dark woods and sultry ambiance recalls the past, yet offers a contemporary, modern look and additional bar and lounge seating. With a grand selection of over 85 varieties of rums, piscos and cachacas, RUMBAR''s seasoned mixologists create cocktails with all fresh fruits, ingredients and new vessels, with the Black and Blue Mojito and Classic Mojito as signature favorites. The renovation of the Miami resort includes an unveiling of the lobby space, designed by Boston-based interior design firm, Jinnie Kim.
